Expression of Interest (EOI)

Submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of unit allocation. The EOI amount of ₹25 Lakhs is non-bankable and subject to the terms set by Sobha Limited.

Unit Allocation

While we strive to secure preferred units for our clients, final allocation is at the sole discretion of Sobha Limited and subject to availability. Priority allocation is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to EOI payment and documentation completion.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms and conditions set by Sobha Limited. Please refer to the official booking documents for detailed terms.

Pricing and Availability

All prices, offers, and availability information displayed on this website are:
